This canvas base strip brush is specially designed for CNC woodworking routers, engravers, cutting machines and edge banders. The thick woven canvas tape as the backing combined with stiff solid nylon bristles forms a tight dust barrier, which effectively blocks wood chips, sawdust and flying debris during wood carving and cutting processing. Supplied in continuous roll form, it can be cut into custom lengths to perfectly fit all sizes of machine dust hoods.

No. We use medium-hard PBT nylon bristles. They are stiff enough for tight dust sealing but soft and safe for MDF, plywood, solid wood, melamine boards and veneer surfaces. It will not leave scratches or marks on finished panels.
