Product Overview

This sleeve-type cold perforating needle roller adopts lightweight aluminum alloy as the roller substrate. The roller body is precisely pre-drilled, and hardened steel pins are press-fitted into the base by interference fit instead of adhesive bonding. It applies cold mechanical piercing technology without heating. The steel pins penetrate running flexible substrates synchronously with the production line to form uniform open micropores. The shaftless sleeve structure supports independent installation and replacement, which reduces maintenance cost. Multiple specifications and pin arrangement schemes are available; all parameters can be customized according to customer drawings and production requirements.
