Product Overview

This sleeve-type cold perforating needle roller is a core web processing component for continuous mechanical perforation. The roller base is precision pre-drilled, and hardened steel pins are press-fitted into the base with interference fit instead of adhesive bonding. It adopts cold piercing technology without heating. The tapered sharp steel pins penetrate the running flexible substrate synchronously with the production line, forming uniform open micropores. This shaftless sleeve structure allows separate replacement and maintenance without replacing the whole roller assembly. All parameters including roller size, pin height, pin spacing and arrangement pattern can be customized per customer drawings and production requirements.
