Our spiral wound coil brush, also known as spring wound roller brush, is a flexible hollow industrial brush built without a solid central shaft. High-quality nylon filaments are tightly wrapped helically around a reinforced metal spring core. Thanks to its unique hollow spring-supported structure, this brush can be bent and inserted deep inside tubular workpieces, solving the cleaning challenge that rigid solid brush rollers cannot achieve. It is widely adopted for pipeline maintenance, automated production lines, and precision component post-processing.

• Bristle Material: Nylon Filament We use premium nylon wire with balanced flexibility and abrasion resistance. Nylon is resistant to weak acid, weak alkali and moisture erosion. It will not scratch, mark or damage the surface of aluminum, plastic, coated plates and soft finished workpieces. The dense, neatly arranged filaments deliver consistent sweeping and scrubbing force, while resisting premature fraying. Other optional bristle materials including PBT, PP, abrasive wire and stainless steel wire can be selected based on working requirements.
• Inner Support: Reinforced Metal Spring Core The helical spring forms the self-supporting skeleton of the brush. The spring structure brings outstanding flexibility and compressibility. The brush can shrink slightly when passing through narrow pipe sections and rebound automatically, maintaining close contact with inner tube walls. The spring frame is welded and treated for rust prevention to extend service life in humid or wet cleaning environments.
• Spiral Winding Craft The filaments are continuously wound and locked by the spring coil. This special winding method firmly fixes bristles to prevent shedding during high-speed rotation or reciprocating scrubbing. The brush length, outer diameter, inner spring diameter and bristle density can all be adjusted to match your equipment or pipe size.

Important Usage & Care Instructions

1. This nylon coil brush is not recommended for heavy rust removal or hard scale stripping; select steel wire coil brush for heavy abrasive tasks.
2. Avoid long-term exposure to strong corrosive solvents, which will accelerate aging of nylon bristles.
3. Do not over-bend the brush beyond its flexible range, which may cause permanent spring deformation.
4. After use, blow away trapped debris and dry the brush if used in wet environments to prevent spring rusting and bristle mildew.
5. Inspect regularly; stop use if large areas of bristles fall out or the spring is distorted.
