Product Introduction

A flexible strip brush is a continuous linear brush made by packing dense nylon filaments into an extruded PVC backing channel. The backing keeps every bristle row aligned and prevents filament pull-out, while the flexible bristle tufts bend and recover to maintain even contact along the whole edge.

Unlike a rigid rubber seal, a flexible brush strip seals by sweeping. It allows moving parts, belts or workpieces to pass through while still blocking dust, light and drafts. This combination of flexibility and sealing performance is why flexible strip brushes are widely used on doors, machine enclosures, conveyor frames and sliding tracks.

This product uses uniform nylon filament tufts anchored firmly inside a rigid PVC/PP backing strip. The bristle filling is dense and even along the full length, giving consistent contact pressure from end to end. Filament color is available in black, transparent/white, red and other customizable shades. The backing channel can also be supplied in matching colors so the flexible brush strip blends into the equipment shell.
