Industrial spiral wound cylindrical brushes (also called coil brushes/rotary brushes) are spring-like external winding brushes, made by winding straight metal backing channel strips. With standard nylon filament and metal channel, they provide 360-degree continuous surface contact, ideal for continuous industrial processes. Suitable for cleaning, polishing, deburring, conveyor maintenance, surface treatment and product moving/guiding on automated lines. Nylon bristles offer good wear resistance and flex recovery for mild to moderate tasks. Other materials are customizable.

This product adopts standard nylon filament (excellent wear resistance & flex recovery) and metal backing channel strips (galvanized/stainless steel), made by winding around core shaft to form rotary cylindrical brush. All non-standard requirements (filament materials: polypropylene/carbon steel etc., dimensions, pitch) are customized per customer needs, fully compliant with global industrial brush accessory standards.
